HOW TO BOOK:

1. Choose a country and an area
2. View properties until you find one you like. If you would like to inquire about the availability of the property click the "Check Availability" link. Enter in the requested information and submit.
3. We will review your request and respond to you within 48 hours.

1. Can we rent a house for less than a week?
   Yes, many of our houses rent from three days up. Please feel free to ask about any of our properties.

2. Is babysitting service available?
   Yes, for most of our properties. Please let us know in advance and we can provide you with a contact name and phone number.

3. Do you have a refund policy?
   Sorry, but refunds are not available unless the property you placed a deposit for is rented for the exact time period you had requested, then you will receive your deposit less an administrative fee. We offer and recommend travel and cancellation insurance. Please read the Booking Conditions.

4. Are there telephones?
   The majority of our houses have telephones, they take coins for out going calls, some of the apartment phones have you pay for each call upon departure.

5. What time can we arrive at our house?
   Most houses, check in time is 4:00pm and departure is 10:00am.
